Privacy Policy

How we handle your information.

Effective date: July 2026 · Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains, in plain language, what information Sudiq & Co collects when you visit our site or work with us, and how we use it. If anything here is unclear, email us — we're happy to explain further.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly, and a small amount of information collected automatically when you visit our site.

Information you provide to us:

  • Your name, email, and phone number when you book a call, fill out our intake form, or contact us directly.
  • Business or organization details — name, industry, stage, rough revenue range — so we can recommend the right services.
  • Any project materials, documents, or account access you provide once we begin work together.
  • Payment information when you pay an invoice — handled directly by our processor (Stripe); we do not store your full card details.

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic site usage data (pages visited, general location by region, device/browser type) through standard analytics.
  • Cookies used for core site functionality and, if enabled, anonymized analytics.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and follow up about a project you've expressed interest in.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, invoices, and deliver the services you've hired us for.
  • Send you information you've asked for — call confirmations, project updates.
  • Improve our website and services based on how people actually use them.
  • Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We only share information with the small number of tools we use to actually run the business and deliver your project — never for any other purpose:

  • Calendly — to schedule and manage strategy calls.
  • Stripe — to process payments securely.
  • Resend — to send transactional and project-related emails.
  • Print, hosting, or software vendors directly required to complete a specific project (e.g., a print vendor for business cards), and only the details necessary for that task.

Each provider has its own privacy and security practices, and we choose vendors that take data handling seriously.

How long we keep it

We keep client and project records for as long as needed to deliver the work, meet our legal/tax obligations, and maintain a reasonable business record afterward. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, contact us and we'll accommodate that where we're not legally required to retain it (signed contracts and invoices are typically kept for tax purposes).

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time using the link in the footer.
  • Ask what information we have on file, request a correction, or request deletion by contacting us directly.
  • Decline to share optional information on our intake form — required fields are marked; everything else is there to help us serve you better.

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for business owners and organizational decision-makers, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to how we handle information, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back occasionally if you're a returning client.
